About Sky Creator Lab
Sky Creator Lab develops private software tools for content production, workflow automation and analytics. This policy describes the handling of Google and YouTube data by YT Factory, a private desktop application used by its owner.
Google and YouTube Data We Access
With the owner’s authorisation, YT Factory may access the following data through Google and YouTube APIs:
- YouTube channel information
- YouTube video metadata, including video titles, descriptions, tags where available, and publication information
- Video statistics
- YouTube Analytics performance data
OAuth Permissions
YT Factory currently uses YouTube read-only access and YouTube Analytics read-only access. It does not request permission to upload, edit, delete, schedule or publish YouTube content.
How We Use Google User Data
Google and YouTube data is used only for the owner’s YouTube channel analytics, local production analysis, internal content workflow, and metadata performance analysis.
Storage and Security
Data accessed by YT Factory is stored locally on the owner’s computer or locally attached storage. OAuth tokens are also stored locally. Sky Creator Lab does not intentionally share credentials with third parties.
Sharing
Sky Creator Lab does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with advertisers.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as needed for the owner’s local analytics and production workflow, subject to applicable Google and YouTube API policies.
Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of Google or YouTube API data stored by YT Factory. Such locally stored data will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible and within 7 calendar days of a valid deletion request, where required by YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Deleting data stored by YT Factory does not delete data stored by YouTube itself. To delete YouTube-hosted content or account data, users must use YouTube or another authorised client.
Revoking Google Access
Users can revoke Google access through their Google Account permissions or security settings.
Limited Use
Sky Creator Lab’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, login features, or cookies intentionally set by Sky Creator Lab.
